Follow the Gold Rush Trail from Fort Langley via Highways #1 and 7 to Yale and the Fraser Canyon. On the route from Yale to Boston Bar there are seven tunnels to ease you along on your trip through the canyon. Built to overcome the steep walls along the Fraser River, the tunnels vary in length and are a tribute to highway engineering in British Columbia. Highway #1 leads to a number of Canyon communities. Some stops of interest are Spuzzum, the old Alexandra Bridge, Boston Bar, North Bend, the Nahatlach area, Hell's Gate, Siska and Lytton. |
