Surrey. 168th Street at 101st Avenue, 96th Avenue near 168th Street and Serpentine Hollow picnic area 161st Street south of 102 Avenue. Tynehead Regional Park is 260 hectares of rolling meadow and forest on the banks of the Serpentine River in North Surrey. Picnicking, Viewing tower/platform, Seasonal fish hatchery, Dog off-leash area and Salmon Habitat Loop Trail. The Hatchery Trail, Birch Grove Trail, Salmon Habitat Loop Trail and Hatchery Parking area picnic tables and toilets are wheelchair accessible. Tynehead Hatchery raises coho, chum and chinook salmon that return to the Serpentine River to spawn.
